in-person workshop to equip you with essential skills for setting your backcountry table. Discover
the art of crafting scrumptious, nutritious, and lightweight meals to fuel your wilderness
expeditions. Author Paul Shipman will share tips, tricks, and innovative recipes to keep your
energy levels high and your taste buds satisfied, no matter how remote your journey. Whether
you’re a seasoned explorer or a beginner, this workshop will ignite your passion for hinterland
cuisine and transform your outdoor dining experience. Don’t miss this chance to sweeten your

Following the workshop, there will be a Q&A and book signing with author Paul Shipman and his book "Feast on Adventure", as well as Sandy Hudson, recent Paddle Manitoba presenter and author of "(How to) Kayak Manitoba".

Copies of both books will be available for purchase: Feast on Adventure ($15 cash or card) (How to) Kayak Manitoba ($30.45 cash or e-transfer) A 10% discount on Sandy’s book if you attended Paddle Manitoba’s AGM in February.
