Our Wednesday Evening Open Paddles start on May 6, but an important note is that bridge was underwater for parts of April and while the water had receded, the bridge surface is damaged and is now closed.

 

Rather than accessing the park from the north using Waverly from the Perimeter Highway, La Barriere Park can be accessed from the south by taking Highway 75 south to Provincial Road 247 and turning right (west) to Waverly, then turning right (north) to access LaBarriere Park.

Be sure to plan your route ahead as we'll be departing shore at 6:30 pm sharp.
